Classroom music software
AMK Learning Lab builds software for teaching popular music in schools. It was founded by a public-school music teacher, and everything it makes starts in a real classroom.
PlayAlong Creator — a tool for music teachers. Teachers author guitar, ukulele, bass and drum parts for the songs their students want to play, at several difficulty levels, synced to the song's official video. Students play together from the same song, each on their own instrument and at their own level.
Currently beta testing and not publicly available. If you teach music and want to try it with your students, write to us.
PlayAlong Machine — the free player. Anyone can practise a part on their own, without an account for the classroom tool.
Free and available now.
The classroom tool is sold to teachers, departments and schools. Student sign-in uses school Google accounts; personal accounts are refused. We do not sell data, show advertising, or use student information for anything but running the product.
